Refund Policy
- All sales are final from time of purchase.
- No refunds on deposits of any kind
- Special orders may take between 2 and 14 weeks depending on vendor and can not be canceled.
- Special order items are finale sale and can not be canceled because it does not ”fit“ in the area.
- Clearance, refurbished, used, and floor items are all sold “As Is”.
- Receipt must be provided by original purchaser for any warranty services.
- Factory warranties only cover parts and labor and does not include transport.
- C.O.D.s must be paid in “green” cash only (no checks or cards).
- Layaways must be renewed or paid by expiration date.
- items arriving damaged or defective will be sent to the factory or vendor for service or exchange at the factory or vendors discretion. No refunds
- Damage claims must be maid at the time of delivery or the purchaser will be responsible additional delivery and install fees.
- Comfort Furniture is not responsible for differences on special orders resulting from catalog images
- By purchasing you are releasing Comfort Furniture of any liabilities of damage to personal property resulting from delivery.
