Refund Policy

All sales are final from time of purchase.
No refunds on deposits of any kind
Special orders may take between 2 and 14 weeks depending on vendor and can not be canceled.
Special order items are finale sale and can not be canceled because it does not ”fit“ in the area.
Clearance, refurbished, used, and floor items are all sold “As Is”.
Receipt must be provided by original purchaser for any warranty services.
Factory warranties only cover parts and labor and does not include transport.
C.O.D.s must be paid in “green” cash only (no checks or cards).
Layaways must be renewed or paid by expiration date.
items arriving damaged or defective will be sent to the factory or vendor for service or exchange at the factory or vendors discretion. No refunds
Damage claims must be maid at the time of delivery or the purchaser will be responsible additional delivery and install fees.
Comfort Furniture is not responsible for differences on special orders resulting from catalog images
